Ms. DiChristina earned her Master of Social Work from Kean University and attained the additional two years/ three thousand hours postgraduate educational requirements to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As an advocate of personal development, she pursued her education to earn several credentials that contributed to her unique experience working with children, preadolescents, adolescents, adults, and families within various organizations within city, suburban and rural communities. Ms. DiChristina has extensive experience working with individuals, families and groups as a private practitioner, as well as in collaboration with various teams of physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, first responders, police, judges, educators, and community organization leaders. She has a passionate entrepreneurial spirit that drove her to use her knowledge and start a unique business, GlowHouse Kids, that provided services to children, families, schools and communities. Her outstanding leadership and success in youth programming has led to national recognition over the years and being the recipient of the America’s Small Business Development Center New Jersey Success Award in 2019. It is her substantial knowledge of evidenced-based treatment modalities, immense understanding of continuity of care from a multi-disciplinary perspective, and pursuit of preventative care that drives Ms. DiChristina to use her ingenuity to create remarkable proactive youth wellness programming with real world application. ​

Dr. Fackina earned both a Ph.D. and an Educational Specialist Degree in Family Psychology from Seton Hall University and is licensed by the states of New York and New Jersey to practice psychology. She is currently a Part-Time Lecturer, teaching at the graduate level across psychology programs, and frequently serves as a guest educator within other educational, community, and private organizations.
Dr. Fackina has a wealth of clinical experience from her work with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of environments, including hospital, community, legal, and private clinical settings. Dr. Fackina approaches both her educational and clinical work from a person-first lens. She believes that the development of social and emotional intelligence involves a collaborative, integrative process focused on building transformative relationships. Her clinical practice is rooted in evidence-based, cognitive and behavioral therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, REBT, and others) and Mindfulness-Based therapies. It is further informed by advanced training in traumatic stress management, advanced psychological assessment, play therapy, leadership development, and consultation and supervision. Additionally, she specializes in sport/performance psychology, working with elite (e.g., university) and professional (e.g., NFL, MLS, and NHL) athletes, executives, and individuals in the performing arts, utilizing a comprehensive process that incorporates the four pillars: Behaviorism, Holistic, Strengths-based, and Wellness. In whatever capacity she works, Dr. Fackina incorporates developmental and systems perspectives to adapt her approach to the client’s needs and to support healthy functioning across the lifespan through wellness and prevention efforts.

Dr. Fackina is an active member of several professional organizations and has presented at state and national conferences. She had published peer-reviewed journal articles, authored chapters in psychology and related-field periodicals, and served as a committee member for numerous doctoral dissertations. She considers herself a lifelong learner and is committed to helping others reach their own potential, create resilience, and cultivate satisfying lives.

In May of 1996, Lisa F. Morales received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In May of 1998, she received a Master of Humanities from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her master’s thesis title is as follows: Join in the Dance: Didacticism in Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. In December of 2009 she completed the requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The title of her dissertation is the following: “It Takes A Lot Out Of You”: Ethnography of Secondary English Teachers’ Writing Pedagogy. Her major field of study is Curriculum and Instruction.
Lisa F. Morales is a certified teacher in secondary English and computer science. She has taught secondary school English and freshman composition at the college level. She has been a graduate assistant in college administration and a coordinator for the National Writing Project. She maintains professional memberships in the National Council of Teachers of English and the Louisiana Council of Teachers of English. Lisa is enjoying retirement with her husband and the tranquility of their cabin in Sevierville, TN, along with substitute teaching.​
